Our olive oil is a pure, fresh juice from the flesh of the olive, obtained through gentle cold pressing – freshly harvested, freshly pressed. The olives are pressed purely mechanically immediately after harvest, with no refining or additives: 100% pure.

On the palate, intense notes of fresh grass, wild Dalmatian herbs and green olives come through – a culinary delight that convinces.
