Our olive oil is a pure, fresh juice from the flesh of the olive, obtained by gentle cold pressing – freshly harvested, freshly pressed. Pressed mechanically, with no refining and no additives: 100 % pure.

On the palate it shows intense notes of fresh grass, wild Dalmatian herbs and green olives.

• Origin: our own organic plantation of around 7 hectares in Dalmatia, Croatia
