Our Roots Are in Dalmatia
We are an olive oil producer from the Zadar region. As a family, we tend our own olive plantation here – not as a large-scale operation, but the way our parents and grandparents always did: by hand, with patience, and with deep respect for what the land gives us.
Why olive oil? Because for us it was never just a product. It is what accompanies us through the seasons – from the blossom in spring to the harvest in autumn.
From the Tree to the Bottle
When the harvest begins in October, the whole family lends a hand. We pick by hand, tree by tree – slower than any machine, but this keeps the fruit and branches undamaged. We bring the olives to the mill the very same evening, so that none of their freshness is lost.
Washed, carefully milled and gently centrifuged – purely mechanical and with the greatest care. This is how our extra virgin olive oil comes to be: fresh, full of character, and shaped by its origin in Dalmatia.

Recognition for Our Work
At competitions in Croatia, our olive oil was judged among more than 3,000 entries from five countries. Olea Dalma has been awarded five gold medals in total – a recognition we remain proud of to this day.
