Shipping Areas

We currently ship to Germany, Austria, as well as other countries within the European Union.

If your country cannot be selected during checkout, please contact us at info@oleadalma.com.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and handed over to our shipping partner.

No shipping takes place on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Times

• Germany: 3–5 business days

• Austria: 3–5 business days

• Croatia: 1–3 business days

• Rest of EU: 4–7 business days
  

Please note that delivery times may be extended in exceptional cases (e.g. public holidays or high shipping volumes).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown transparently during checkout.

Shipping Carriers

Shipping is carried out by reliable parcel carriers such as DHL, DPD, or GLS – depending on the destination country.

After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information by email.

Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, in particular to Switzerland, customs duties, import VAT, or other fees may apply. These are to be borne by the recipient.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@oleadalma.com and, if possible, include photos of the damaged goods and packaging.
